For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2025 Heard Mr. Kedar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh, learned APP.

2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022 for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 120B, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of D.P. Act lodged on 06.07.2022 by the informant, Phul Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that having got the knowledge, approached this person and accordingly, the marriage was solemnized. He took lots of money and further arrived at the house of the informant, served intoxicated sweets and when they became unconscious, took away all the jewelry and the motorcycles in the night. According to the local sources, the petitioner is having five wives with

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is exaggerated, on query whether he is having multiple wives or not, the answer is in affirmative.

5. It is unfortunate that the petitioner is playing with the sentiment of the girls by marrying multiple times and further allegation is that he went to the informant's place, served intoxicated sweets and once they were unconscious, went away with the jewelry and the motorcycles.

6. In that background, no relief can be granted. The petition stands rejected.

7. Having disposed of the petition, this Court has to record the disturbing fact. It has become a habit of the office to place the matter as a 'Tied Up' case after putting a tick on an earlier order without attaching the said order. In every such case, the Court Master is being requested to get a print out of the order to check and go through the earlier order.

8. This Court repeatedly requested the Joint Registrar (List) to do the needful and issue necessary directions so that when the Office/Stamp Reporter places a file as a 'Tied Up' matter and if the petition is bereft of the said order, a copy of the said order to be attached for the convenience of the Bench.

9. In that background, an order is being passed today that henceforth any file which is placed before any Bench as a 'Tied Up' matter and/or by way of Circular No. 01 of 2024, once the case is marked, accordingly, the connected order passed must be attached with the file.

10. Office to comply the order immediately effective 01.02.2025.
