This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 (G.R. No. 879 of 2018) for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that three persons snatched away the mobile of the informant and two succeeded in escaping away but the petitioner was apprehended.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any mobile from the petitioner's possession or any other incriminating article was recovered. The allegation is of snatching one mobile and the petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46976 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 31 of 2018 (G.R. No. 879 of 2018) to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
