2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109 and 352 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the FIR, this petitioner assaulted the informant and his son.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Injury, allegedly, caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of injury, clean antecedent
