JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State as well as informant.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 406, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with the condition that they will pay Rs.50,000/- to the victim within a period of three months from today.

Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail provisionally on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35402 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City, Patna in connection with Malsalami P.S. case no. 94 of 2018 and the same shall be made absolute after payment of Rs.50.000/- within the time frame.
