2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following relief(s):

(I) For directing and commanding the respondent to protect life and liberty of the petitioner as he is a seizure list witness in Mahua P.S. Case No. 289/20 dated 29.05.2020 under Section 30(a), 32(ii),34(ii),38(ii),41(i) Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

(ii) For directing and commanding the respondent to give protection to the petitioner as FIR named accused namely Rahul Kumar Singh (Pvt. Respondent no. 6) of Mahua P.S. Case No. 289/20, who is notorious criminal as well as liquor Mafia, openly giving threatening the petitioner for his life and also

3. The petitioner is directed to approach the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali for redressal of his grievances and the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali will consider the representation of the petitioner and if he finds substance in the representation, appropriate protection shall be given to the petitioner.

4. This application is disposed of, however, it is clarified that this Court does not applied its mind to the facts of the case.
