2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 127(1), 115(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the complainant gave Rs. 6,71,000/-, as advance money, to this petitioner for purchasing a piece of land and petitioner agreed to execute the sale-deed after getting the remaining amount, but later on, petitioner neither executed sale-deed in favour of complainant nor returned the alleged money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67669 of 2025(2) dt.23-09-2025 2/2 present complaint case is counter blast of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 190 of 2024, which was lodged by petitioner against complainant and his brother, and only with a view to save his skin, the complainant has filed present complaint petition. The petitioner never received any money from the complainant. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 1341(c) of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
