Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4196 of 2018 (3) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 Sasaram, Rohtas in Complinat Case No.C773 of 2011/152 of 2011.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the instant application in order raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.
