JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jadopur P.S. case no. 111 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioners are in custody since 21.02.2018. It is admitted at the bar, so far petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, there is omnibus allegation and specific allegation of assault is against petitioner no.3.

In view of the above, petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35098 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 Sheth Lal Sharma and Anirudh Sharma, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prateek Anand Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. case no. 111 of 2017.

So far as petitioner no.3, namely, Suresh Sharma, is concerned, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected for the time being.
