JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- (a) For a direction to the respondents authority to remove the entire encroachments in view of the encroachment Case No.

08/2020-21, Memo no. 997 dated 12.07.2022, issued by the Circle officer Nagarnausa, Nalanda because due to encroachments, public Land has been usurped by encroachers without having valid documents.

(b) For a direction to the respondents authority to take legal action against the encroachers, name mentioned in the encroachment case No. 08/2021 who have

(c) For a direction to the respondents authority to set up on enquiry by the higher authority with regard to connivance of local officer who have supported the encroachers to encroach the public land.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent- State submits that the encroachment in question has already stood removed, hence, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievances, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
