2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37094 of 2022 in respect of extending the provisional bail granted to the petitioner till October, 2024.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.05.2023 is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75808 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 Complaint Case No. 97 of 2021.

4. The order dated 19.05.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
