The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant being the I.O. of vigilance bureau Patna alleges herein that in compliance of the Hon'ble High Court's order when the mark sheet and other documents got examined of the petitioner then it is found the roll number mentioned therein upon mark sheet was found incorrect thus it is alleged that t he petitioner at the time of applying for the slection of the Assistant Teacher in 2005 had given such mark

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said mark sheet has been supplied by the Bihar School Examination Board and the petitioner dis-engaged from service. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that other coaccused in different P.S. case number with similar nature has been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court as well as Lower Court itself.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. III, Bhabua, Kaimur in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
