JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to pay the salary of the Petitioner from July, 2017 to 03rd March, 2019.

11. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to pay the salary of Petitioner from August, 2021 till March, 2022 and from June, 2022 to uptill now.

III. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS specially to the Block Development Officer, Ladaniyan to give the last pay salary of the Petitioner, who is going to retire on 31st January, 2013 and which was withheld by him without any rhyme and reason only with an intention to take revenge from the Petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the arrears of salary has already stood paid to the petitioner, however, "no dues certificate" is not being issued, although the petitioner has stood retired on 31.01.2023, hence, the Block Development Officer, Ladanian Block, Madhubani be directed to issue the same.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed

Patna High Court CWJC No.18006 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 3/3 representation before the respondent no.9, i.e. the Block Development Officer, Ladanian Block, Madhubani, within a period of two weeks from today, who shall disposed off the same, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
