2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fulkaha P.S Case No. 158 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner along with other assaulted the son of the informant and killed him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for the regular bail of the petitioner were rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37018 of 2024 vide order dated 12.07.2024. Petitioner has got no criminal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68106 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2023.
5. Earlier prayer for the regular bail of the petitioner were rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 37018 of 2024 vide order dated 12.07.2024. This is time also there is no fresh ground to consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioners are hereby rejected once again.
7. However, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of this case.
