The petitioner seeks her transfer to any other Anganbari Centre from Centre No.33, Ward No.6 of Batrauli Gram Panchayat under Dighwara Block.

The petitioner has been engaged to work as Anganbari Sahayika in Anganbari Centre No.33, Ward No.6 but there is no provision for transfer of services of Anganbari Sahayika from one Centre to another Centre.

Learned counsel for the State submits that on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21566 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 request of the petitioner, the same Centre has been shifted to a neutral place but the petitioner is not satisfied. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
