JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 13.4.2018 seeks bail in Begusarai (Town) PS Case No. 182 of 2018 registered under Sections 381 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant's cloth shop was being run by his employees including the petitioner, later on the informant discovered that number of sari, sweater, shawl and blankets wee missing from the shop and it is alleged that the accused persons have committed theft and there has been recovery of sari and other items from the house of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner use to sell sari and other items being provided by the informant as hawker moving in the rural areas, on account of dispute relating to settlement of account of business the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and on the same day he was also made accused in the case of recovery of arms but prior to that the petitioner has/had no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the

No.44815 of 2018 (2) dt.26-07-2018 petitioner, namely, Ramakant Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Begusarai in connection with Begusarai (Town) PS Case No. 182 of 2018.
