1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions commanding the respondents to act properly and implement the NAL JAL Yojna in the village of the petitioner properly as the villagers are not getting drinking water facility due to callous attitude of the respondents, who are acting in violation of the resolution published in the Bihar Gazettee dated 28.06.2021, by which drinking water has to be

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
