2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 387 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, Petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the brother of the informant on his head with butt of the pistol and axe, as a result of which he sustained grievous injury and also alleged to have assaulted the informant's right leg due to which his leg got cut and a lot of

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no allegation of assault against Petitioner No. 2. Petitioner No. 2 has got no criminal antecedent. Both of them are in custody since 24.06.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 403/2023.
