JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kartaha (Kartahan) P. S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioner was apprehended with stolen motorcycle. He is accused in three other cases also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that even the seizure list does not bear the signature of the petitioner. He is in custody for more than 08 months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-15, Vaishali at

Case No. 31 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to appear before the local police station of his area in the first week of each month for a period of six months, so that, the police may watch his conduct.
