2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 448, 356, 354B, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, there is direct allegation on the petitioner for committing rape upon the victim.

5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected for the present.

7. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the prosecutrix in the trial.
