The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against the order dated 09.11.2017 passed in CWJC No. 9957 of 2016 by the learned Single Judge.
The grievance of the appellant is that he is entitled for full pension as he had joined the service on the post of Clerk in the Central Bank of India.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the
Patna High Court L.P.A No.1718 of 2017(6) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 appellant was discharged from the aforesaid job after serving the Bank for 10 years and more which qualifies him for pension scheme but the same was overlooked in the aforesaid order by dismissing the writ petition.
For the aforesaid grievance and any other grievance, the appellant may approach the respondent no. 2 with a fresh representation which shall be looked into and examined by the Bank and a decision shall be taken thereon at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks.
In view thereof, the Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.
