2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 (2), 115 (2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351 (2) and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely , Dinesh Yadav alleged that on 02.05.2025, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner came and started abusing and assaulting informant and when informant fell down , this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with brick . It is further alleged that accused persons snatched cash of Rs. 2,000/- and gold hanumani locket from informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has not committed no offence as

Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 112 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
