The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379/420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C)(D) of I.T. Act, 2000. Name of the petitioner surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sablu Kumar Pandey. The alleged mobile numbers do not belong to this petitioner. No amount has been credited into the account of this petitioner, but merely on suspicion, he has been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7723 of 2023(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 209 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
