2. The learned counsel for the State at the outset submits that the grievance of the petitioners stand redressed. The land which was put on hold has been released by the Collector, Saharsa vide his memo no.3206-2 dated 20.11.2024.
3. It is further submitted that copy of the aforesaid memo has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on
Patna High Court CWJC No.17202 of 2024(3) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 behalf of the petitioners in the Court.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that since grievance of the petitioners stand redressed as submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, hence seeks permission to withdraw the writ application.
5. Permission is accorded.
6. Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.
