2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 354, 307, 447, 467, 468, 469, 471, 384, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The informant, namely Sudha Devi, has alleged that all the accused persons named in the FIR including these petitioners, in order to take possession over her ancestral land, were constructing boundary wall on 25.03.2014 and on protest by the informant, she was brutally assaulted by the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the land belonged to the family of Khalil Qureshi, as their personal graveyard, where his ancestors were buried and he is actual landlord and mutation was also in his name and when they were trying to make construction over the land, the informant and her family members caused disturbance in peaceful possession of land, demanded ransom from said Khalil Qureshi and also made firing at the construction site, for which, Alamganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2014 was lodged and subsequently, the informant lodged the present case with baseless and concocted allegations. He further submits that presently, the land has been sold away by the respective owners and nothing remains of the said plot of land. Petitioners have got no concern with the same. Moreover, the dispute is purely of civil nature. Allegation is general and omnibus.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that dispute is civil in nature, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
