Petitioner has challenged, in this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the order dated 22.07.2017, as contained in Annexure-9, passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No.324/2015-52/2016 whereby respondent No.3, the District Magistrate, Saharsa has remanded the matter to respondent No.5, the District Programme Officer, Saharsa to

Patna High Court CWJC No.19317 of 2017(15) dt.18-03-2021 2/2 take a fresh decision as to which of the Anganwari Sevika i.e. the petitioner or respondent No.7 should be shifted to the adjoining Anganwari Center in pursuance of different guidelines issued by the Government.

3. Since the present place of posting of the petitioner has not been disturbed up-till-now and the decision is pending before the competent authority, this writ application stands disposed off as premature.
