2. After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail.

3. The petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. The learned District Court in that case is directed to pass the necessary order in accordance with law, based on the evidence which has surfaced in course of investigation and the nature of injury
