2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 66(c), 66(d), 66(e), 67, 67(a) of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against this petitioner is commission of rape on minor girl, recording the rape and making the video viral.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl is major as per the medical report. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is sufficient material available on record to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. This application stands rejected.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram and District Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram through FAX for its compliance forthwith. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
