JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-07-2018 Heard Sri Nageshwar Prasad Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to A.A.G. No. 3. On last date i.e. on 27.06.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner was granted accommodation for serving copy of the restoration petition on learned counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission. He submits that in compliance with the order, same has already been served and name of counsel for Bihar Staff Selection Commission is already appearing in the Daily Cause List.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 13275 of 2008, which stood dismissed on 15.03.2017 due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts disclosed in the petition, same is allowed.
