Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hussainganj P.S. case No. 321 of 2017 for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 17.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner figures in this case only on the ground that he was last seen with deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner deserves bail on account of the fact that except suspicion there is no material to connect the petitioner in the present case.

Case No. 321 of 2017.
