This application is for modification of order dated 08.11.2017 passed in Cr.W.J.C.No.1897 of 2017 vide Annexure-1 to the extent that besides bank guarantee, it be further permitted to the petitioner to furnish immovable property in the name of petitioner of the equivalent value as surety for the release of the vehicle.

The said order be read as "bank guarantee of Rs.3,00,000/- or immovable property of equal value standing in the name of the petitioner be accepted as surety for release of the vehicle".
