The petitioner prays for quashing of the Enquiry Report as contained in Letter No. 400 dated 13.08.2019 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hilsa (Respondent No. 6) whereby and whereunder he has been found to be guilty of several irregularities found in the implementation of 'Mukhyamantri Gramin Gali Nali Puccikaran Nishchay Yojana' in different wards under the Gram Panchayat Raj Puna (Block Hilsa, District - Nalanda) so far as it relates to the petitioner, as
Patna High Court CWJC No.20276 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2023 2/3 being the 'Mukhiya', she did not had any role in the implementation of the said scheme under the relevant rules and guidelines.
The petitioner has further prayed to quash Letter No. 5262 dated 18.08.2019 issued by the District Magistrate, Nalanda (Respondent No. 3) whereby and whereunder direction was given to lodge FIR against her and others as also to file appropriate recovery/ certificate proceedings against her and others and to initiate appropriate proceedings under the Act, 2006 against public representatives.
The Petitioner also wants quashing of the ShowCause as contained in Letter No. 1547 dated 29.08.2019 issued by the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Nalanda (Respondent No. 5) by which she has been asked to provide explanation with respect to irregularity committed in respect in the Schemes in the Gram Panchayat Raj, The petitioner by way of interim relief has sought a direction upon the respondents not to give effect to impugned letter No. 400 dated 13.08.2019 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Hilsa, letter No. 5262 dated 18.08.2019 issued by the District Magistrate, Nalanda as also the letter No. 1547 dated 29.08.2019 issued by the District Panchayati Raj Officer,
