Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No.113 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 413, 414, 504 and 349 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that police apprehended one Hira Lal Sah found moving on stolen vehicle and later on from search of his house, two other stolen motorcycles were recovered and he disclosed that he was indulged in selling stolen motorcycles in association with this petitioner and others and one motorcycle was also recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the motorcycle was purchased by the petitioner from a co-villager

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47726 of 2018(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 but no document has been filed to show its ownership, so at this stage, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after three months, if so advised.
