Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 450 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 328, 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.-1, aged 74 years is father-in-law and petitioner no.-2, aged 73 years is mother-in-law of the informant. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case merely because they are the relatives of husband of the informant. Further submission is that there is no specific

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 450 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
