The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bheja P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 382, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. FIR is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pawan Mukhiya. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

No.75278 of 2019(4) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 3, Jhanjharpur, Madhbani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
