This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 363, 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the F.I.R., there is allegation of kidnapping of the grandson of the informant against unknown. The victim has not named anyone in his statement before the police as kidnapper. Similarly situated co-accused Durganand Kumar Paswan has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4812/2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62987 of 2017 (3) dt.19-02-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IV, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 135/2017.
