2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners are alleged to have abducted the daughter of the informant with intention to marry with co-accused Jyoti Ram.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are parents of the co-accused Jyoti Ram who alleged to have

The victim also stated in her statement recorded u/s 164 of the Cr.P.C. that the co-accused Jyoti Ram abducted and committed wrong with her. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 17.6.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
