Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that presently the matter is being discussed for a settlement between the parties, therefore, he is seeking to withdraw this application with liberty that in case the settlement does not take place and the occasion so arises, the petitioner may avail his remedy for
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1677 of 2023(2) dt.12-12-2023 2/2 quashing of the FIR.
