The petitioners seek bail in Supaul P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dayan Act.
Counsel for the petitioners submits that alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 14.10.2016 and First Information Report has been lodged on 15.10.2016. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners and informant are Pattidar. The instant case has been filed on account of land dispute. Petitioners are in custody since 15.06.2018 and 18.06.2018 respectively.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48438 of 2018 (2) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of committing Mar-Pit and also putting dirt in the mouth of informant. The informant raised hulla, then villagers came and saved her.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul Mahila P.S.
