2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 379, 411, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 B.M.M.C. Rule, 1972, Section 8(a), 8(b) of Bihar Mining Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage Rule, 2003 and Section 15 of the Environmental Protection Act, 1986 registered in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 155 of 2019

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that his tractor was found loaded with illegally extracted sand. On verification of the relevant transportation challan from the official website the same has been found as fake. The petitioner is the owner of the subject

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63432 of 2019(2) dt.22-10-2019 2/2 tractor and submits that he had no knowledge about the illegally loaded sand. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offences alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
