JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Annexure-2, an application for demarcation of the subject land has been filed before the Circle Officer, Darbhanga on 24.12.2012. The application of the petitioner for demarcation is pending for the last ten years but the same has not been disposed as yet.
Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction may be issued to the Circle Officer, Darbhanga to decide the claim of the demarcation of the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1151 of 2018(3) dt.24-01-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submission made by the parties, the Circle Officer, Darbhanga is directed to conclude the demarcation petition filed by the petitioner within a period of four months positively.
