The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 7 of E.C. Act. Allegation is that 28 bags of rice is recovered from the godown.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. 28 bags of rice is said to have been recovered. Same does not belong to the petitioner. Rice in question is suspected to be made available for the purpose of public distribution. Except for suspicion, there is no other

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. case No.307 of 2019.
