JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State. The petitioners are the family members of husband of the deceased. There is allegation that they committed dowry death of daughter of the informant.

At the very outset, Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, the learned senior counsel has submitted that though the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was rejected by this Court by the order dated 09.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 9854 of 2022 but the petitioners are renewing their prayers for anticipatory bail on the fresh ground that the husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70108 of 2022(4) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 deceased has been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this court. Similarly, mother-in-law, brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and father-in-law have also been granted regular bail and the petitioners are mother-in-law and cousin father-in-law of the deceased.

I see no reason, as to why the same benefit should not be extended to the petitioners by the learned court below. With these observations, this petition is disposed of. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/Sudha U T
