1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner is a member of Gogari Primary Weaver's Cooperative Society Ltd., Gogari, District- Khagaria. He was earlier elected Chairman of the said Primary Weaver's Cooperative Society on 09.03.2016 and at present the Primary Society of the petitioner is affiliated with the Regional Cooperative Union, Bhagalpur.
3. Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.16422 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/3 submits that election of Middle Level Society is going to be started without holding election of the Managing Committee of the affiliated Primary Weaver's Cooperative Societies which are eligible voters for election of Middle Level Society.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for Bihar State Election Authority submits that the process of election of Middle Level Society has not been initiated, however, a representation has been filed at Annexure- P/5 by some of the Primary Weaver's Cooperative Society members before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna. Accordingly, the Registrar may be directed to dispose the representation at Annexure- P/5 in accordance with law within a reasonable time frame. He, however, agrees that election of Middle Level Society is due.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may also be given liberty to file representation in this regard before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in this writ application, the petitioner is given liberty to file a detailed representation before the learned Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna within a period of two weeks from today.

7. If such a representation is filed, the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Bihar, Patna shall dispose the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a period of four months from the date of filing of representation.
8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
