The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tr. No. 35 of 2019 arising out of I.F. Case No. 114 of 2014 registered under Sections 33, 41, 42 of the I.F. Act and 2, 27, 29 of the Wild Life Protection Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No. 35 of 2019 arising out of I.F. Case No. 114 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
