JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(I) To command and direct the respondent no.09 to issue complete absentee since 06.01.2021 to 13.03.2023, i.e., the period of deputation.

(II) To command and direct the respondent no.10 to pay all the admissible salary to the petitioner immediate from the period since

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.4, i.e. the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran Division, Saran at Chapra for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.4 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
