JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pranpur (Roshna) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report it is alleged that this petitioner had given threat to the informant that his son will be killed since he has illicit relationship with her daughter. It is further alleged that son of the informant was later on found dead and his dead body was found hanging in the house of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the inquest report, the police has mentioned that the dead body was recovered from the house of this petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62471 of 2017 (3) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered/disposed off by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
