2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 76, 351(2), 352, 3(5), 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 12.04.2025 at about 12 noon, this petitioner asked the brother of informant to withdraw the case, earlier filed by him against petitioner, and on refusal, this petitioner assaulted him & his wife and also committed theft of her gold Mangalsutra. Besides this, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
