The petitioner is in custody in connection with Beerpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that one country made pistol was recovered from a car in which petitioner alongwith other four persons were sitting. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2019.

Considering the fact that pistol was recovered from the car and not from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63471 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Beerpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2019.
