The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 19 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Neither the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle nor he is the driver of the vehicle. He has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 14.08.2019.

Case No. 19 of 2019.
