2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 366(A), 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have enticed away the daughter of the informant to marry with her. It is further alleged that the daughter of the informant took away cash of Rs. 50,000/- and ornaments from the house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this

She was in the house of her Bua and from there she went with the petitioner with her own will. Victim refused for any type of her examination. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial. Petitioner is a young boy having no criminal antecedent. He is in judicial custody since 02.05.2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. VI-cum-Spl. Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 186 of 2024.
